We have updated the YHRD with 1689 new haplotypes from 16 populations submitted by 10 research groups. The YHRD has now 93290 haplotypes of 720 different population studies from 106 countries. 7272 haplotypes have been typed for phylogenetic SNPs and haplogroups were assigned according to the consented phylogeny.
